Microcourses

Learning Evidence
Thanks to the use of the cell phone, you can ask students to submit videos, photos, or audio recordings to demonstrate that they are putting into practice what they have learned.
Then you can review, grade, and provide feedback to each of them.
Medals
Closelly automatically awards a wide variety of medals to recognize the achievements of each student and motivate them to continue progressing in their assigned activities.
Additionally, each organization can create and design their own medals and manually award them to students who have met the established goal, or we can even create new rules for medal allocation based on the organization’s requirements.
Points (Coins)
Points are an excellent way to stimulate students’ progress and participation within the application. By completing learning activities, answering surveys, and submitting evidence, students can earn “coins” which can be redeemed in our redemption store.
Additionally, organizations can also award “coins” for events or actions conducted outside of the application to recognize other achievements, such as sales results, goal attainment, and more.
Redemption Store
The store is the point or coin redemption center. In this place, users can redeem the points they have earned by engaging in activities within the application. You can list the products or services of your choice.
The redemption store can be aligned with the organization’s incentive programs or even connect via API to other incentive platforms.
Survey
The survey module allows you to quickly gather information from specific segments of students. A wide variety of questions are available; Open-ended questions, single-choice, multiple-choice, Likert scale, or even video or photographs can be used for your surveys.
Within the management panel, you can easily and attractively view all the results of your surveys and download the reports you need.
Learning Campaigns
Learning campaigns are social learning dynamics designed to challenge participants to work as a team and, within a limited time frame, complete missions consisting of content and activities. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on or put into practice what they have learned and submit evidence in the form of video, audio, images, or text.
This module allows for a much deeper exploration of certain topics than microcourses.
Leaderboard
Nothing better than encouraging healthy competition! In Closelly, leaderboards are available in each of the courses, in the campaigns module, and in the supervisors’ module.
Leaderboards dynamically show the position of each individual relative to others based on defined KPIs, such as grades and time to complete a course or the level of engagement team members have in completing a campaign mission.
This is another great way to encourage student participation and progress.
Course Discussions
Invite students to comment on courses and initiate interesting guided conversations where they can share opinions and ideas.
These discussions are available in all courses on the platform, and instructors can participate in and moderate these interactions.
News
Publish interesting news or information to specific user segments based on their roles and profiles. Analyze who read them and encourage reading by sending push notifications.
This section is a great complement to create a rich and engaging ecosystem of information and education.
Coaching
The coaching module is a great tool for closely following small groups of students and supporting them in an extensive or more complex learning process.
You can monitor their activity closely, respond to questions, review evidence, provide feedback, and engage in one-on-one private chat.
